the bed was really comfortable and the toiletries were good. the staff were well-mannered and accommodating. We tried the food, which was tasty and filling, and the location was convenient.
There was no television in the room which we found really disappointing. It would have been nice to have a TV to watch a movie or some TV shows.

During my stay over Christmas, I really enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even went out of their way to upgrade our room. The room itself was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the complimentary electric kettle and tea/coffee kit provided. the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible to key attractions in the area.
Although we didn't mind not having a TV, it would have been nice to have the option for some entertainment during our downtime at the hotel. despite this minor inconvenience, our experience at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager and staff were incredibly polite and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed, an electric kettle, and a tea and coffee kit. The washroom was clean and stocked with toiletries. The experience was superb, thanks to the well-mannered staff. We also tried the restaurant food, which was actually tasty. One should definitely visit this hotel.
